Under the theme “Unity and Collaboration,” the event brought together outstanding employee representatives from various departments for an immersive cultural and collaborative experience, reinforcing the company’s core values of “Unity, Endeavor, Co-creation, and Win-win.”

Deep Experience: Emphasizing Care Through Relaxation

On the first day, the team arrived at the scenic Xiangshun Jinshuitai Hot Spring Hotel. After a delicious local lunch, employees visited the renowned Lotus Hot Spring area. Soaking in the warm springs not only provided physical and mental relaxation but also created valuable opportunities to strengthen friendships and alleviate the fatigue of daily work.
The company thoughtfully arranged a special dinner and a night hot spring experience, further fostering a cheerful and open atmosphere for communication. These considerate arrangements reflect Manbong’s strong emphasis on employee well-being and its people-centered culture.

Cultural Inspiration: Drawing Management Insights from an Ancient Temple

On the second day, the team visited Guo'en Temple, the historic site and spiritual sanctuary of the Sixth Patriarch of Zen, Master Huineng. The itinerary included a mountain climb, a blessing ceremony, and a cultural study session.
During the activity, the General Manager vividly illustrated the integration of Buddhism into Chinese culture, briefly introduced the origins of the eight major Buddhist schools and the significance of the four sacred mountains, and emphasized the core principles of Master Huineng’s Zen philosophy: “directly pointing to the human mind and realizing one’s true nature to attain Buddhahood,” along with the belief that “every person possesses innate wisdom.”

The General Manager also highlighted the relevance of these concepts to modern corporate management. He noted that leaders must have a discerning eye and an open mind to uncover the unique potential and strengths of each team member. By respecting individual talent and stimulating collective innovation, teams can truly pool their wisdom and form an unstoppable force.

Additionally, the thousand-year-old lychee tree planted by the Sixth Patriarch himself still stands strong in the temple—lush, fruitful, and serving as a powerful symbol of vitality and wisdom passed down through generations. All members gathered to express their wishes for Manbong to emulate this sacred tree: deeply rooted, constantly thriving, yielding abundant outcomes year after year, and sustaining lasting growth.

The event concluded with all elite team members standing together and passionately chanting Manbong’s slogan: “文心所向，邦你制造”
